“There is no sign, because a tall truck knocked it down about five years ago, and he just never got along to putting a new one up. The name comes from this old bum on the streets that [the owner] and his friends way back when would give money to, his name was Ethyl. Lets see, ghosts… you might not believe some of these but I got tons. First back when business was just starting out a burgler tried to rob it, but once he got all the cash and ran for the door he suddenly had a heart attack. Doctors found he had no condition, blood pressure or anything. Another time, my brother and I were sitting on the couch under the TV by the bowling machine, and from behind us we heard a creepy voice say my brother’s name… Another time a band was playing there and someone took a photo of them, and when the picture came out there was mist under light, no smoke machines were on, or anything so they just decided that it was a ghost. Many ‘ghost hunters’ have been there but never got anything, except one guy…”– Q.T. (December 1, 2009)
