Kate Hannigan was born in Chicago, raised in Chadds Ford, PA, moved to Pittsburgh for college, returned to Chicago in 2003, and has been here ever since – drinking, working and spending time with family (though usually not at the same time). Kate met her husband Bob in 2006 and was married in February 2008. Kate describes Bob as, “not only my partner in crime, but also my motive.” Kate lived in Wicker Park for four years and now resides in Portage Park on the Northwest Side. Kate likes drinks either sweet, wheat, or bubbly.
